Welcome to Pangya World! By creating an account, playing on our servers or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Pangya World.
1. About Pangya World
Pangya World is a free, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the companies that own the PangYa game. PangYa and its names, characters, art and other assets belong to their respective owners.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Don't share, sell, trade or buy accounts.
- Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful or pretend to be staff (no "GM" or "ADM"). We may change or remove a nickname that breaks these rules.
3. Fair play
Play fair so everyone can enjoy the game. You may not:
- use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, modified game files (other than the official client patch we provide) or anything else that gives an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs on purpose. If you find one, please report it to us instead;
- attack, overload or try to break into our servers, website or other players' accounts.
4. Being a good player
Treat other players and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams and sharing other people's personal information are not allowed, in the game or on our Discord.
5. Virtual items and currency
- Pang, Cookies, items and everything else in the game are virtual. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
- Selling or buying in-game items, currency or accounts for real money is not allowed.
- Gift codes are free, may be limited in number or time, and can be used once per account unless we say otherwise.
- We may correct balances or remove items that were gained through bugs, cheating or mistakes.
6. Enforcement
If you break these terms, we may warn you, mute you, remove items, or suspend or ban your account, depending on how serious it is. We decide this at our discretion.
7. The service
Pangya World is a hobby project run by volunteers and is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but servers may be down for maintenance, data may be reset during testing, and the project may change or end at any time. We are not responsible for lost progress, items or any other loss from using Pangya World.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and important changes will be announced on the website or Discord. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
