Frequently asked questions
Is Pangya World free?
Yes. Pangya World is a free, non-commercial fan project. There is nothing to buy with real money.
How do I get the game?
The game client download is coming soon. When it's ready it will be on the Download page, and we'll announce it on Discord.
I can log into the website, but not into the game.
The game is in a closed beta: only accounts with beta access can log in for now. Beta access comes with a gift code; enter it under Redeem Giftcode on your profile. Codes are shared on our Discord.
Are my website login and game login the same?
Yes, one account for both. If you change your password on the website, use the new one in the game too.
"Forgot your password?" didn't send me an email.
The email goes to the address saved on your account, so it only works if your account has one. Check your spam folder too. If your account has no email address, contact us and we'll help you get back in.
How do I redeem a gift code?
Log in, open your profile and click Redeem Giftcode in the Quick Access Menu. Cookie and Pang codes need you to be logged out of the game; item codes arrive in your in-game mailbox.
How do I report a bug or a cheater?
Tell us on Discord or by email. Please say what happened, when, and the nicknames involved; screenshots help a lot. See our Terms of Use for the rules.
